Chase Murphy, Principal | Acquisitions

Chase Murphy

Chase serves as a principal of acquisitions for ECFG, where he spends his time sourcing deals nationally while also raising and managing equity partners. Previously, he served as an investor relations manager for ECFG, focused on raising capital for the development project Estrella Gin Business Park, a mixed use development highlighted by a 195 unit multifamily build in Maricopa County, just outside of Phoenix.

Prior to this, Chase spent 2020 and 2021 (covid years) attempting to represent corporate office users in the leasing of office space in New York City and nationally. When the writing on the wall became clear, he transitioned to working in acquisitions for a self storage owner/developer and quickly found out that transaction volume would stay well below historical averages for the foreseeable future.

With the amount of deals that Chase has looked at over the last few years, he is more motivated and humbled than ever to find the right deals that coalign with our investor base.
